Job Description

*Job Title: Project Head – Factory Projects*

*Experience:* 10+ Years (Industrial/Factory Projects Preferred)

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Project Head to lead and oversee all factory/industrial projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, budgeting, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and manage all factory construction, expansion, and infrastructure projects
* Define project strategy, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Oversee multiple project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project performance and resolve critical issues or delays
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards
* Review and approve project plans, designs, BOQs, and technical specifications
* Drive cost optimization and efficient resource utilization
* Present project updates, reports, and progress to senior management
* Implement best practices, SOPs, and process improvements in project execution

* Ability to handle large-scale and multiple projects simultaneously

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management
* 10+ years of experience in industrial or factory projects

*Preferred:*

* Experience in handling large factory setups or multi-location projects
* Knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
