About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally mature, senior-level HSE Leader who operates with absolute ownership and command. This role is built for a seasoned “one-man show” who can independently steer safety operations for high-tech, high-hazard construction environments like Semiconductor fabrication plants and Data Centres. You will interface directly with international clients, senior executives, and main contractors, bringing high emotional intelligence, flawless executive communication, and rigorous technical authority.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete Autonomous Command: Take total ownership of the HSE vertical for the establishing end-to-end safety protocols from the ground up for industrial setup.
Executive & International Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary safety face for global and domestic corporate clients, senior leadership, and auditing authorities, ensuring seamless alignment and trust.

Technical & Operational Rigor: Drive complex safety risk assessments, high-risk construction sequencing (heavy lifting, cleanroom installations, mechanical/electrical infrastructure), and rigorous engineering-level hazard control.

PMC & Contractor Alignment: Work alongside Project Management Consultants (PMC) and contracting partners to enforce zero-tolerance safety policies across multi-agency workforces.
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Anticipate project bottlenecks, deploy rapid-response solutions on-site, and mentor project teams to maintain peak safety standards throughout the 2-to-4-year project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 15 to 20+ years of intensive core safety management experience, specifically heading HSE for Data Centres, Semiconductor Fabs, or high-tech industrial plants.

Communication & Maturity: Possesses exceptional, elite-level communication and interpersonal skills. Must be capable of commanding a room, negotiating safety compliance smoothly with international clients, and managing high-pressure situations with poise.

Technical Excellence: Possesses a deeply rooted technical engineering background—able to understand complex blueprints, electromechanical integration, and structural safety guidelines effortlessly.

Leadership Style: A self-driven, mature professional who requires minimal supervision and can operate as a definitive authority on-site.

Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates who can mobilize to, Gujarat on short notice will be prioritized.
