Role Description The Human Resources Manager (3–5 years) will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations. This full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai involves managing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning, resolve employee relations matters, and support training and development initiatives aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, handling HR documentation, conducting HR-related audits, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, including policy implementation, HR documentation, and HR audits.
Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace safety and CSR-related HR activities.
Candidates should possess abilities in communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data management for HR reporting and analytics.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
Candidates should possess 3–5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in consulting, safety, or related industries.
