Job Description

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We are looking for curious, motivated, and learning-driven interns to join our team. This internship is designed for students and freshers who want real-world exposure,
hands-on projects, and a deep understanding of how modern web platforms, analytics, and research-driven development work in real businesses.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) WEB DEVELOPMENT INTERN

  • Assist in building and maintaining websites and web applications
  • Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React / Next.js preferred)
  • Support backend tasks (Node.js, APIs, databases – basics)
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and UX
  • Fix bugs and implement new features under guidance

2) R&D INTERN – WEB & DEVELOPMENT

  • Research new web technologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Analyze competitors’ platforms and digital products
  • Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new development approaches
  • Document findings and suggest improvements or innovations
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) development

3) DATA ANALYTICS & WEB ANALYTICS INTERN

  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics
  • Work with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, dashboards, and spreadsheets
  • Identify patterns, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare simple reports and visual summaries
  • Assist in decision-making using data-driven insights

4) KNOWLEDGE BASE CREATION INTERN

  • Create structured documentation, guides, FAQs, and SOPs
  • Convert complex technical processes into simple explanations
  • Maintain internal knowledge repositories
  • Assist in content creation for help centers, blogs, and learning resources

WHO CAN APPLY

  • Students or freshers from Computer Science, IT, Data, Engineering, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies or analytics
  • Strong curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
