Role Description The Junior Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing activities, including managing social media channels, coordinating campaigns, and supporting online brand visibility. The individual will monitor and report on web analytics, assist in lead generation initiatives, and help optimize digital touchpoints to improve engagement and conversion. Daily tasks include creating and publishing content, collaborating with internal teams to align marketing messages, tracking campaign performance, and recommending data-driven improvements to digital strategies.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to support multi-channel campaigns.
Practical experience in Social Media Marketing for brand awareness and audience engagement.
Skills in Lead Generation, focusing on attracting and nurturing prospective clients through digital channels.
Knowledge of Web Analytics tools and methodologies to measure, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic CMS platforms) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
