Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Construction Safety Officer, based in Mumbai. The Junior Construction Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols at construction sites, conducting regular inspections, identifying and mitigating potential hazards, and investigating workplace accidents. This role also involves conducting safety training sessions for workers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining detailed documentation related to occupational safety and security measures.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Health & Safety protocols and Occupational Health standards
Experience in Accident Investigation and Security practices
Strong skills in delivering and managing Safety Training programs
Understanding of construction safety guidelines and compliance measures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively on-site with construction teams
Relevant certifications in safety or occupational health are advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
